Amy was not only punctual but was actually a little early. She was VERY understanding when she realized we were all still running around trying to get ready! Amy is very easy to work with! She offered wonderful suggestions for poses, helped us determine the direction we should be facing (for the outdoor ceremony) in order to get the best pictures, etc. She is professional, kind, sweet and able to put up with all of my family's shenanigans (and that's saying something!!! ;)
